Terry was involved in undergraduate studies (thesis on Intersection treatment), local government for several years later and then with Stratford Traffic (specialising in electronic equipment for surveys and systems integration). 

Terry has given presentation on "The Netherlands - Why Bicycles Work (Index)" to numerous organisations including Bicycle Victoria, Department of Transport and Universities (Download full presentation here).

Produced a Video on "Traffic Survey Technology" 

along with papers on the "Application of Variable Message Signs" at the international "Intelligent Transport Systems" conference and directly involved in Integration projects (various sensor and signage) featured in "Civil Engineers Australia".
